All BayStack 100 Series hubs feature two front-panel media adapter slots for supporting optional AUI adapter cards that provide additional configuration flexibility. The media adapters can be used to support direct attachments to end stations, increasing the hub's port capacity by two, or they can provide flexible media downlinks to centralized resources such as servers, routers, or other hubs.This is the BayStack AUI Media Adapter module.
